I am filling this complaint because experian has ignored my request to provide me with the documents that their company has on file that was used to verify an account under " - ''. I have no knowledge of the account being reported on my report. under section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA - they are required to " ... ... promptly delete all information which can not be verified. '' that I have disputed. I need physical proof because I have no record of this account. Their response was that it was " verified '' but did not provide either the name of the employee who verified the account or physical proof of the verification off the account. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
