Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Minnesota
Experian received my dispute request on -/-/2016, this is regarding the inaccurate reporting on - - accounts. I requested that Experian send me verifiable proof ( an original consumer contract with my signature on it ). According to the FCRA Section 609 ( A ) ( 1 ) ( A ), Experian is required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract any and all accounts Experian posts on a credit report. I received report number - Dated -/-/2016, stating this would be completed by -/-/2016. I still have not received verifiable proof of my signature form Experian. Since they can not verify this debt, and did not verify within the required time frame, I am requesting they remove the items from my credit report immediately. If not completed I will be forced to take Experian & - to small claims court. I have included the letter I have sent by certified mail, tracking number - Experian had 30 days to respond and failed to respond to me with the information I requested by -/-/2016, I am requesting the items are removed from my report immediately.
