to whom it may concern i am having a major issue with Experian performing an actual legal Dispute investigation they are violating my rights by not complying with my legal right to request any or all documents i request in my file, they are completing disputes but not providing me the original documents verifying these claims, when i did ask for all the documents in my dispute letter then they sent me muitlple copies of my credit reports. My point of this complaint is i want to resolve this matter out court. So if they can provide me names and numbers of everyone they spoke to verifying accounts. Also the orignals applications with wet pen ink signatures, and the method they use to verify this accounts and once proved to all not to be legal verified accounts please remove all accounts immeditley, and dated out and unauthorized inquires. i have also provided my Social security card and Identification for proof of identity again so if a reported anything different then whats on my Identification i was n't me thank you.
