Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Pennsylvania
On -/-/2016, I filed a 609 dispute letter with Experian via certified return receipt mail disputing the following items : - Re : Acct # - - Re : Acct # - - - - ( - ) Re : Acct # - - - - ( - ) Re : Acct # - I received a response dated -/-/2016 Re : Report # -, stating that these items have been verified and will NOT be re-investigated. Despite my previous - written requests, the above mentioned disputed accounts, these unverified items still remain on my Credit report with several inaccuracies between the - bureaus. Experian has ignored my requests to provide me with copies of the documents that were used to verify the above mentioned items. Experian 's failure to delete these disputed accounts is evidence that they can not and did not verify any of the disputed accounts as they have stated they have, and is also evidence of their willful disregard of Federal Law. Experian has clearly parroted information provided to them by other sources and shifted the burden back to me to contact the original Creditors which is clearly a violation of Section 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ).
