Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result New Jersey
The investigation is taking several months. Every once in a while they change the person in charge of the case and everything goes back to zero again, with the same letter of introduction and asking for renewed information. There is like a rota of people fooling around my id theft case. I have never gotten a complete investigation status or what clearly the problem is, and/or what is the solution they are working at. There is a constant repetition of questions and information. Repeated information that has to be re-submitted to a new agent everytime. I feel disappointed and also I do n't even know what are they doing with all this information, my personal information, what is their purpose. If they are marketing or selling my data, or what is going on. But at this point I do n't want their involvement. I know they can be dangerous because they operate as a division of Experian, and they could enter detrimental information in my file if they wanted to get back at me for filing this complaint. Therefore, under my lawyer 's advice, I will be using this complaint also as a milestone to indicate I complained against the agency before they try to damage my credit. Now they have a lot of personal information that - be they even did n't need. They promised to help me put a long term fraud alert on my record, something in the order of 5 o 6 years. Which I thought it was kind of long. But I went along until now when I 'm realizing they are playing games. Their purpose? I do n't know. Thank you for your assistance. Best, - - - -, of - - - -, -, NJ -, -. Post Data : I wo n't be able to attach files, but I can send in a long chain of emails I received from this group - ( Experian ) for a period of 6 months or more.
