Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Michigan
I submitted a dispute for some Tax liens that are reporting on my credit report. I asked for verification of these accounts since I have no knowledge of them. The accounts came back verified. I then wrote a letter ( notarized ) to the address and Court the credit report has on file. Well the Court has finally responded to my letter and its 100 % clear they did not Verify anything with Experian. Under the Fair Credit reporting act Everything on your credit report must be 100 % verifiable and accurate. I have attached copy of the notarized letter I wrote to the court and the response Letter from - County Register of Deeds Office that they have no records of these Tax liens nor do they report anything with any credit reporting agencies.
