Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Florida

Ally has reported 8 late payments on my credit report that are incorrect. I paid onetime every month using their online payment system. I have disputed the information accuracy with experian and it has came back verified.I was not given the name or physical documents showing how any information was verified. I need the 8 late payment entry that are reporting incorrectly removed.
