Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result South Carolina
I have worked with the credit reporting agency for almost the entire year, I requested proof of validation on a bankruptcy per the fair credit reporting act, which gives me as a consumer the right to have anything on my report validated or it must be removed from my credit report because the information is incorrect and not 100 % accurate. I wrote the U.S. Bankruptcy court in South Carolina, and I got a letter back from the clerk of court stating that no reporting agency received any information that was requested, which means the item was not verified. I have documentation, certified from every encounter with the credit agency, I will gladly mail them to you upon request because they are to numberous to e-mail, however, I will include a copy of the letter I received from the clerk of the bankruptcy court in South Carolina.
