Released tax lien from - - Register of Deeds filed -/-/- and released -/-/- and - - Register of Deeds file -/-/- and released -/-/-. I relocated out of the - on -/-/- and I relocated to -. According, to the Taxpayer Rights Handbook available on the State of - Website, as a resident and taxpayer, I was entitled to specific notifications prior to the state of - placing a tax lien on me. I did not receive proper notification. I did n't receive any notifications at my - address. If I had received the proper notifications a tax lien would have never been issued. I was made aware of the liens via credit application in - in the State of - and immediately addressed the liens. I am requesting removal of the liens from all 3 credit reporting agencies. I have disputed multiple times and each time -, Experian, and - states " the lien has been verified '' but the State of - states " they do not report to any credit reporting agencies.
