PayPal consumers have reported over 123 official complaints related to Making/receiving payments, sending money. Out of the 123 consumer complaints against PayPal, 21% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PayPal responded to their complaint) and 98% were processed in a timely manner. 38% of consumer complaints against PayPal resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 18% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

When I tried to close the account, they said I can no close it. I wanted to transfer money to the account to close it but they are trying to force me to give them my bank account info which I do n't trust them with.
