# 1 - PayPal/Ebay Inc Auction where as - transactions were disputed, PayPal/Ebay, withdrew money from my paypal account despite teh buyer recieving th eitem, without verification that the buyer did not recieve after seller verified that the item was shipped and delivered, after complaint. # 2 - PayPal/Ebay Inc, Did place a hold on my account in the amount of $70.00 after a dispute was filed by a buyer for an item sold for $5.00 with Shipping of $7.00 ( $13.00 ), this is in excess of $56.00 abover item in question, i believe this action to be theft and criminal, as there is no basis to hold - times the amount in question. I wish for criminal charges to be brought against PayPal/Ebay for their theft from my accounts, and forbidding me access to my money and property, as this additionally is a violation of their terms and legal bounds
