PayPal Bank account or service department,

Other bank product/service Making/receiving payments, sending money New Jersey

This is a complaint against PayPal. They made a payment from my account without my authorization, to eBay buyer. I got a damaged returned item, but did not have a chance to inspect it, PayPal instantly withdrew funds from my account leaving me completely without consumer protection.
