They did not send back up documentation of debt owed. Excessive monthly charges, extortion to intimidate if do not settle credit will continue to be damaged and I will not be able to buy a home. If I do pay in full, it will still remain on credit report and lender will not let me buy a home. That it is better to wait the 7 years. They harass me, are rude, degrading in telling me I should of read the lease. That I can call a lawyer but there is still nothing I can do. This is detrimental to me and my family. ... |

I gave the company representative my routing number and checking account number. He said I could get a receipt by going to a particular website and he gave me my account number and PIN to get the receipt. I checked my bank account this morning and there was no check pending. I went to the website to get a receipt. There was no website. My numerous attempts to resolve the matter with them went ignored. I requested debt validation in accordance with FCRA rules and regulations and they failed to proof validity or ownership of this debt. However they are still reporting this on my credit report which is damaging my credit rating to an extend. I asked at the time to complete the end of contract walk through with whomever completed this process. I was denied that option so I completed my own walk through with video due to multiple complaints from previous tenants for where they were charged similar charges.
