Letter of Dispute for Collection Account with Hunter Warfield/- Besides my witness letter and description letter, I would like to say that me and the property Manager - had agreed on me only owing $180.00 which would be for the cleaning fees in total after he did a walk through. He also mentioned that my $100.00 deposit would go towards the total, and that I would owe $83.00 cash. He said this to me in front of two people and he did warn me that it would be a skip on my record. I told him this was fine, because I was not going to pay a buyout, on the fact I left for four reasons, which I had told him. 1. He was negligent from my constant complains about the - dealing neighbor and her friends who had been -. I had called the police on several occasions. - did not evict her or do anything on his behalf to ensure safe living quarters and therefore violated their part of


2. The staff themselves almost dropped a couch on my friend and me and they laughed about it. The staff still continued to work there, and - just told him to be careful and they never had any sort of disciplinary action, they had thrown thee couch over the top rails of the top floor and I lived on the bottom and we had been walking in the grass, me and two other friends. 3. We had agreed that I would not SUE because of this and we would call it a skip. I had hinted at this heavily. Me and my friend the day I left went in to his office and told him I could n't do a lease takeover because I made the effort for them, and when we spoke he had said he had gotten off the phone with his own BOSS and that she had granted him to let me pay the cleaning fees and give me a skip. - - who wrote the witness letter was sitting in there with me. 4. The woman in the apartment above me was - going to her apartment several times before and nothing had been done, and he did n't even know about this incident until days later. I have had several residents tell me how he has been negligent with them and that I need to leave before I am - also. When we did the walk through he had wrote down $180.00, I gave him the address for the - - I had in -, - and he said he would send over the bill for $180.00 and had even mentioned it would have been less if I replaced the burners on the stove top but I had said I would pay the $180.00. He wrote all this down, told me he would send it in the mail. I had written my own paper asking him to sign and he said since it is hand written he would send me the information and refused to sign because I wanted it then and there. It was n't until I moved to - months later that I get a call from Hunter Warfield, the guy screamed at me and hung up. He told me I owed my buyout fee plus electricity, which also is n't true because I had all bills paid with no cap. So they also increased how much the buyout fee would have been. Nevertheless this was a matter of me not taking them to court, and him supposedly understanding my situation and shaking my hand. When I called - about this, I had asked what is going on and at first he was saying that he never said everything he said until he finally reacted, " Did you get it in writing? Well that 's too bad '' and told me he had to hang up. The complaint I wrote to the attorney general of - was returned by his boss saying that I had complained for a decent amount of time that I could n't pay my rent. I paid my rent on time every month and had no issues with money or being able to provide my rent. The whole problem with me leaving is that HE broke the lease, he agreed to me paying $180.00, and that I would not sue at this point.
