I personally called the agency and we came to terms on a payment arrangement. I had explicitly asked them to only contact me concerning the matter after I heard they had contacted multuple parties that have nothing to do with the situation. They continue to contact other individuals that do not directly relate to the debt after we had come to this agreement to include my wifes employer, my employer, other individuals associated with my last employer and individuals i served with - to 5 years ago.
