Credit Plus Inc Mortgage credit decision / underwriting November 18, 2015 - This company send me a letter pretending to be my mortgage lender saying that i qualify for a reduction in my annual mortgage insurance premium. They ask me few question and told me that someone would pass by my house to sign some papers. I need to mention that they never identify themselves as an independent financial company, neither in the letter they send to my house they specified their name.
