Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute California

Out of the country- ( - ) - 2015-Tried using my --affiliate-to pay for a -sales said it go thru..so i used my - to pay for the shirt-then i reported it lost.. back in - i decided to refinance--/-/2015-found out i owe - - for $23.00 to transactions= $ - and $7.00 -? = $23.00 now 60days past due..called - - spoke with --she gave the information-i told her did n't receive any statement, notification..she said too late to dispute-due to chargeback timeframe..she said they are receiving RETURNED MAIL on my account-but have my home #, cell # and email address-found out they are correct address but they do n't have my Unit #, i told her am in the process of Refinancing???? she said i need to call back during regular hours..


her the events, asked if she could help me about the negative reporting-since they failed to NOTIFY me about the charges..she was very cold and they said she ca n't do anything about it ... i tod her m am in the process of refinancing and these will COST me points and allot of money-she said to try disputing it to various credit bureau reporting agencies- ( -, - and - ) and hope they will SIDE WITH ME? ..then i received an email..they receive my payment..this will be on my Credit for the next 3years..i felt i was not given a fair chance-i like using - specially out of the country-because they do n't charge foreign transaction/fee which could be allot depending were you are. Well i know they wo n't miss me-am one UNSATISFIED CONSUMER..Am hoping hey will reconsider to update my credit to CURRENT/NEVER LATE..I think it 's fair considering they failed to notify me..
