Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine New York

There is a bill owing to - that i do not know about. I am trying to dispute the issue, and i am not getting anywhere with the company. I was told that they would send me paper work to be filled out, and it 's over - weeks and i have not received it. I would like to do business and i can not do anything because of something that i do n't know about.
