I was notified by a mortgage broker there was a negative credit report from - - - on my credit report. It stated there was an amount due for a charged off account, reported -/-/-. I called -, and was directed to a division that handled revolving credit accounts at -. This department was unable to locate the account or me by my social security number. I then called - and they have no record of any past due account. However, they had changed banks from - - to - -. I then sent a certified letter on -/-/- to - with account number, my name, social security number, address, phone number and email address. I requested to have someone contact me so I could verify this was my debt, and make payment arrangement. The letter was signed in acceptance at


I have heard nothing in writing or via email from - -. When I called them, they could not find the account or me by social security number. I am requesting that - contact me in 30 days to verify the validity of this account, and make available to me a way to pay for account. If they are unable to verify this account, I am requesting it is removed from all - credit reporting agencies, and I am provided with a written notice of such. Thank you, - - -
