They continuously gave us the runaround and the final numbers on the closing disclosure were significantly different from what the lender told us in the beginning. It 's quite complicated, there are several different entities involved because it was not being processed properly previously. One of the recurrent problems is that they would not acknowledge that documents were sent to them. And they were not making the requirements known to both parties.
