They call from multiple phone numbers. The last time I spoke with them, I provided my home address and told them I only wish to communicate by letter. ( attended - out of the - months ) The school collected the entire amount of the loan. He defaulted on his loan and it fell back on me. When I finally got a job I did n't really make enough to make payments, but instead of trying to work out a solution I ignored the problem for a while. I finally started working things out in 2014 and qualified to consolidate all my loans but -, which were getting ready to garnish my wages. The only part that will not resolve are federal student loans that ECMC has been garnishing my wages ( at - point it was 25 % weekly pay ) and seizure of my tax refund.
