Federal student loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Florida

I have been battling ID Theft for over 5 years now. The only part that will not resolve are federal student loans that ECMC has been garnishing my wages ( at - point it was 25 % weekly pay ) and seizure of my tax refund. They have not responded to either of the - lawyers that I hired or any other attempts that I have made on my own. I have proof with a police report AND that the loans were signed electronically without my authorization ( also includes a false address on the signature page ) but ECMC will not review anything to do with my case since it is easier to take the money from me. I am a single parent and the only financial support for myself and my child and as a result of ECMC refusing to cooperate, I am in extreme financial hardship. I want this ID Theft with the student loans to go away and all of the money that ECMC has garnished over the past 5 years to be returned to me.
