A company by the name of ECMC is reporting accounts on my - and - accounts. It seems that they are reporting student loan information. I have never signed a promissory note with any company by the name of ECMC while I was attending college. A few weeks ago I requested to ECMC to validate the debt that they are reporting on my consumer credit files, and they failed to do so. I demand that the company by the name of ECMC immediately deletes all accounts from my - and - credit reports due to their inability to verify and validate that I owe the debt to their company. They fail to produce my signature on documents. I did not sign a contract, promise to pay, or promissory note with a company named ECMC and that is the bottom line.
