June 7, 2016 - I was a few months behind on my Kia Motors Finance Account. Kia agreed to a payment arrangement where I paid - more each month until i was current. A week after the arrangement, they did not accept the first payment under the payment arrangement and had the vehicle illegally repossessed from my gated community.
