-/-/2015 - Terminated my lease early because I was eligible under the Pull-Ahead '' program and entered into a new lease. Part of the program was that I do n't have to pay remaining payments, early termination fees, or other fees and taxes. -/-/2015 - Received alert from credit bureau that I have defaulted on my auto loan for the terminated lease. I called Hyundai Finance right away and the credit issue has been taken care off. I was told that I was processed incorrectly for the pull-ahead program '' but that account review is a manual process and it typically takes 30-60 days, and I will hear from them. Five ( 5 ) more calls later and after speaking with many individuals in the same department : I have not yet received an update ; the
