Hyundai Capital America Consumer Loan department,
Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease Pennsylvania
I returned a leased Kia to a Kia Dealer and purchased a new Kia. It was a demo car with - miles on it already so I could not get it financed through Kia with 0 % financing. I got the final bill on my lease agreement and they are charging me a disposition fee of $400.00. I called and asked to have it reversed and they declined, stating that " You did n't really buy the Kia, Capital - did. '' I did n't have an option of financing my Kia through Kia. I already paid a higher percentage rate as a result of buying a demo car. Now I am expected to pay additional fees when I remained loyal to the brand? No one disclosed this fee to me at the time of closing the deal either. This is a very deceptive practice and the fact that it would not even be considered for review feels very wrong to me.
