Hyundai Capital America Consumer loan department,
Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay Colorado
I had a leased car which I returned early because my student loan payments are suffocating me. I was never told that returning my car would result in a $3200.00 bill when I only had $1200.00 left on my lease. Hyundai was negligent and deceptive by not informing me of what the consequences would be if I returned my car. Additionally, Hyundai started reporting a delinquency on my credit report. I am not delinquent. I have always paid. I paid until I returned the car and when they sent me the $3200.00 bill last month, I have since made a payment on that as well. They need to remove their tradeline from my credit report. I did not have one derogatory mark on my credit bureau until this incidence.
