Hyundai Finance Company 's collection department was very nasty, aggressive and, in my opinion, unreasonable in solving a dispute about a lease payment that occurred 4 years ago. The issue was resolved and the vehicle returned on - -. I leased another Hyundai vehicle from the same dealer only through another finance company. ( The bad experience precluded me from considering Hyundai Finance again. ) A letter describing the issue and requesting a waiver of the " disposition '' fee was included with the paperwork with the returned vehicle. The letter requesting the waiver was never answered and I received a bill for the " disposition '' fee plus taxes. I have returned the bill with a copy of the original letter and a note disputing the bill to Hyundai Finance.
