The issue is with the interest that is compounded incorrectly each month and then transferred into my outside account. The interest for -/-/- and -/-/- was corrected in -/-/- and documented in a letter to me from - - ( Customer Care Popular Community Bank ( no phone number or address on the letter ). That issue was resolved by my giving up requestion the cd I opened and funded be made a trust account. Presently since the account has been funded I have received the incorrect amount of interest ( below the percentage I signed up for and have poof of ). Towards the end of session online I was told that I should be receiving a welcome package with signature card in 5-7 days. On NOT receiving the welcome package and signature card I have been calling POPULAR - and each time I was told if I did not receive the welcome package and signature card in 5-7 days, I should call them. On -, - Bank was closed in connection with the FDIC and began operating as Popular Community Bank . The conversion of accounts was scheduled for -/-/--/-/-. A Conversion guide was mailed to us.
