I opened a CD account with POPULAR - on -/-/2016 online. Towards the end of session online I was told that I should be receiving a welcome package with signature card in 5-7 days. On NOT receiving the welcome package and signature card I have been calling POPULAR - and each time I was told if I did not receive the welcome package and signature card in 5-7 days, I should call them. Since then I have telephoned POPULAR - on -/-/2016,-/-/2016 and -/-/2016 for the welcome package and signature card. Still I have not received them. I like to receive the Official CD either online or by mail. I need your help in completion of signature formalities and my Official POPULAR - CD for my account. Thank you.
