(CD) Certificate of deposit Making/receiving payments, sending money Oklahoma

We bought a certificate of deposit in the amount of $250000.00 from www.eloan.com and instructed them to send the interest each month to our local bank. The first payment for the period ending -/-/2015 was added to our account with them.They now say that they can not send that interest payment to our local bank.
