I OPENED A CD ACCOUNT WITH BANK ON INTERNET ON -/-/2016. I DEPOSITED MONEY WITH BANK. THIS IS A JOINT ACCOUNT WITH MY WIFE - -. THIS BANK HAS VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DID NOT SENT ANY LETTER REGARDING THIS NEW ACCOUNT BY MAIL. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER EVER GAVE PROPER & SATISFACTORY ANSWER TO ME. I AM QUITE UPSET WITH THIS BANK & WORRY ABOUT MY MONEY AT SAME TIME.
