USAA Savings Credit card transaction issue March 31, 2017 - When a payment is made to my credit card, whether it 's done via an electronic transfer or from a check, the creditor holds my payment from my available balance for 5-10 days. In other words, if I make a payment to my credit card my money is deducted from my checking account almost immediately but it 's not credited to the card 's " available credit '' amount for a week. My creditor floats my payment and earns interest off my balance instead of applying my payment timely.... |

The installer - - - installed damaged panels instead of alerting me to this and installing non-damaged door panels. Furthermore, even by their 3rd visit they still did not install the door hardware or even use the proper bolts, and they damaged the framing of my house too. USAA Savings Credit card transaction issue November 23, 2016 - We attempted to use our credit card at a hotel. The card was denied and we left the hotel without checking in. The charge was later applied to our account. We asked the hotel to reverse the charge ; they refused to talk to us. My credit card company has failed to address this despite repeated requests by me to have it reviewed and taken care of. They continue to have it on my balance and charge me interest.
