USAA Savings Credit Card Complaint

USAA Savings Credit card department,

Transaction issue California

I have a USAA credit card, - - - - - - -. USAA Bank allowed a $3000.00 + charge on my account using someone else 's credit card, their number is, - - - - - - -! That is not my credit card number! That is illegal!!!


I was not able to get an -, so I took off work, and paid - $150.00 and shipped the merchandise to the USAA Bank!! USAA Bank said that makes no difference to them and that I still owe them $3000.00 plus interest!!! I have been with USAA for more then 26 years, I have never been even late with a payment, and this is the way they treat their customers!! MILITARY PEOPLE, AND ALL PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM USAA!!!
