This happens even if I am the only one in line or not. I witnessed so many vehicles leave after waiting so long. Customer services is so poor. I push the button for service and have been told the line inside is too long and I have to wait. The wait is too long. Please help the customers in the drive-thru line with this on-going problem. I instructed the bank representative to close the account and I received a check for the remaining funds. I have other accounts with the bank, and I logged in on -/-/16 to look at something. The Hassle Free account is used by my son who goes to school away from home. My son buys a week long subway pass every week in -. On -/-/- he tried to purchase a week long subway pass.
