My Bank ( Key Bank ) gave money to a person claiming to be me at the teller window. They said the transaction was " authenticated '' ( Bank Speak for had Proper Documentation?? ). When I discovered the error I asked for my money back. However, they were not willing to return it. The amount in question is $940.00 ( document attached ).
