I do n't understand why each time I use the drive-thru service, the waiting time is greater than 20 minutes and longer. This happens even if I am the only one in line or not. I witnessed so many vehicles leave after waiting so long. Customer services is so poor. I push the button for service and have been told the line inside is too long and I have to wait. The wait is too long. Please help the customers in the drive-thru line with this on-going problem. Thank you.
