Threatened to have law enforcement at my doorstep within 30 minutes if payment was not received. Accused us of being deadbeats for running up the credit and not paying it off. When asked to verify agencies information ( name, address, professional license number ) became more aggressive and disconnected the call. I was paying on it, then I was taken off of work because of a - in car accident. I had -, then they found other injuries and medical problems. I have since tried to get back on my feet but still have problems. Called at - in the morning on - occasions, have claimed to be a legal office, an investigator, etc. Have threatened to garnish my wages, and when I told them they ca n't do that without taking me to court and proving the validity of the debt, they wo n't give me any more information. They gave me a number and told me to call them and have them update my information. They claimed to be from - County. I called the company. Recorded calls say there is a civil matter with my name and SSN attached to it. They do not leave a valid number to call back on.
