HSBC Debt collection department,

Credit card Communication tactics Called outside of 8am-9pm Oregon

Claim to be - and -, but will NOT give me an address to send a letter requesting proof of debt. Called at - in the morning on - occasions, have claimed to be a legal office, an investigator, etc. Have threatened to garnish my wages, and when I told them they ca n't do that without taking me to court and proving the validity of the debt, they wo n't give me any more information. I 've received nothing in writing AT ALL. They have told me to go home and wait for my summons, but wo n't give me any more information. Illegal on soooooo many levels.
