Review and analysis of over 30 General Purpose Card complaints against PayPal
PayPal consumers have reported over 30 official complaints related to General purpose card. Out of the 30 consumer complaints against PayPal, 3% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how PayPal responded to their complaint) and 97% were processed in a timely manner. 7% of consumer complaints against PayPal resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 47% resulted in non-monetary compensation.
