I had five errant ATM transactions in - on -/-/17 The ATM machine cancelled the withdrawal transaction but posted it to my account as a withdrawal five times. BMO has only credited me for FOUR out of FIVE transactions, and TWO out of FIVE transaction fees. The process itself took about an hour and they asked for multiple different documents and information which I have never been asked for previously.
