This happens even if I am the only one in line or not. I witnessed so many vehicles leave after waiting so long. Customer services is so poor. I push the button for service and have been told the line inside is too long and I have to wait. The wait is too long. Please help the customers in the drive-thru line with this on-going problem. They told me if I could get a copy of my credit report to show that these accounts were in fact in good standing they would reverse their decision.
