My brother and sister and I had schedule to meet at the Key bank - in -, Ohio on - -, 2015 around - My husband drove me to the bank. My brother was there when my husband and I showed up. My sister was a little late getting there so my brother and I greeted each other and he called my sister to see if she was on her way. - when the bank opened, a banker came to unlock the doors. She went back in and another banker came to the door. My sister showed up about - The - of us greeted each other and proceeded to go into the bank. We were met at the door by - the bankers. She told us the system was down and we would have to use the drive thru window. We told her we did n't need to use the drive up window. We told her that we needed to speak to someone about a loan modification. She told us we would have to call customer service and speak to them about getting a loan. We tried to tell her why we were there but she kept referring back


go to the bank in -. We live in - and we did n't need to talk to anyone about getting a loan but we needed to speak to someone about modifying a loan we already had with the bank. We never got a chance to tell this. Every time we tried the banker would say we can speak to customer service, and she told us to go to another bank. We were embarrassed and humiliated. The police were called and people were coming out of the bank looking at us as if we had stolen something. Women were rushing to their cars. Yes even though we were told the system was down everyone that was n't - was able to go into the bank and do their normal banking. After we realized we were being discriminated against my sister used her cell phone to record the events. I told the banker, after she said she recognized my sister, that we are together and that we were siblings. She just looked at us as though we had done something to her. This situation was so embarrassing, plus it was cold I went back to the car to get warm. My sister was still trying to get information while still being told to go else where. I tried to explain to her that we were siblings. She said she recognized my sister but she still would n't allow us to come in and sit down and talk to her. Mean while other - people were allowed to go into the bank and do their normal banking. People were leaving the bank in a hurry as if we were some kind of criminals. It was embarrassing and I had to keep my brother calm.
