Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not disclosed as an attempt to collect November 9, 2015 - I contact the collection agency to resolve an unpaid collection account that was on my credit bureau. I was told that the account would be shown as paid in full and i would have a letter faxed that would confirm the paid in full status along with removal from my credit bureau. Consequently I receive dunning phone calls and letters demanding payment of debts that are not mine. NEVER mine. It seems to me the callers could take - more minute on the internet and confirm I 'm not the person they 're looking for.
