Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action September 2, 2016 - Collection company representative repeated threatening legal action and negative credit reporting as well as seizure of company property in collection attempts to collect a debt that we do not owe. Collection representative will hang up the phone when we try to dispute and explain. Collection representative gathers personal telephone numbers and home address and send harassment calls and letters to personal home address when the issue is related to a commercial non-personal debt issue.
