I submitted the apply form online and I was asked whether I 'm a US citizen or a permanent resident or a legally stay foreigner. I 'm a - citizen and I 'm now legally staying in America. Her income is $ -. However, she was able to go into her local Wells Fargo bank and even though she -, she walked out with a $5000.00 limit credit card. This is ludicrous. Called Wells Fargo to discuss the situation. Wells Fargo advised that I could apply to have the credit card reviewed for reopen but they would have to pull my credit information again to see about reopening it. It is a college student credit card account with several hundreds credit line. I thought the financing would be an installment loan.
