Wells Fargo & Company Credit card department,
I walked into Wells Fargo on - -, 2016 and applied for a secured business credit card. I deposited the $500.00 that was required to secure the credit card and was subsequently approved that same day. I was notified that the $500.00 would be pulled from my account within 3 days and that I would receive my credit card in the mail within 7 business days. It is now - -, 2016 ; approximately 1 month and 15 days later and I still have not received my credit card. I have called the bank where I applied, as well as customer service, every single day since -/-/- and I have received, literally, - different reasons why I have n't gotten my card. The bank has pulled the funds from my account, however, they will not give me a date, or even an approximate date on when I will get my card. I have been dismissed and belittled and I ca n't help but wonder why. This is fraud and apparent discrimination to the highest degree. I know that this has happened to other individuals and I am going to pursue this situation to the point of a lawsuit. If anyone has experienced this same situation, or any situation that has a hint of discrimination, or fraud, please post your experience.
