I have called 4 times over the past 1 year and a half. Each time, Ocwen CORRECTS their system and my credit get reported for about one to two months and then stops again. I then call again and ask them to report it, which they do for about 1-2 months and then I call again. repeat this same process with ocwen each time. Please make them report my payments each month WITHOUT me having to call them and ask them to do what they are legally required to do!!!!!!!... |
