I have been paying Ocwen since - and Ive come to find out that they do not have a valid assignment, a right to payment, they have committed farud by unsing my personal information without authority. I have not entered into any valid agreement with OCWEN not its bank - trustee for Popular - or -. I have since rescinded my signature.
