They are sending no reply emails to collect on account ending in -, after first trying to Collect on account ending in - ( not sure if that 's the exact last- because I shredded the card then was cut off from electronic statements. I have contacted Bank of America about this issue letting them know that I had moved during that time frame and was not aware that I was late on payment.
